the hotel's arrangement with a nearby underground parking facility was great and reasonably priced. i loved how close i was to shopping on st catherines street, barely half a block. breakfast at the attached cora's was very convenient and delicious. the hotel felt clean and secure, which gave me such peace of mind.

i had some trouble figuring out the safe in my room!

the standard room included a king size bed and a small seating area with a comfy armchair. there was a large flat screen tv with many channels and i really enjoyed the mini fridge to keep my drinks cold. the room also had a well lit desk.

The staff was helpful and offered great advice to my questions about where I could find things I needed. I really appreciated that. The store inside the hotel was one of my favorite spots because it was nearby and HAD everything I forgot. My stay HERE was so great.

The room was fine, THOUGH the bathroom was a little small, it was still workable.

The room was quiet AND clean, a big plus for a hotel. The room has a safe for valuables plus it also includes both a microwave oven and a fridge. The wooden floor was a great feature.

the room i was given was smaller than i anticipated. there was also a noticeable street noise due to poor window sealing. these factors detracted from the overall comfort.
